At ADJ STYLE, we take pride in the quality, materials and craftsmanship of our products. All consumer purchases are protected by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided under applicable Italian and European Union consumer law.
Legal Guarantee of Conformity
For new goods purchased by consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years from the date of delivery.
The guarantee covers conformity defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within this two-year period.
A product is considered conforming when it meets the requirements agreed at the time of purchase, including, where applicable, its description, quality, characteristics, functionality and intended use.
The legal guarantee does not cover defects or damage arising after delivery as a result of circumstances unrelated to an original lack of conformity, such as improper use, incorrect care or maintenance, accidental damage or unauthorised alterations.
What the Legal Guarantee Covers
If a product has a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law.
In the first instance, the consumer may request repair or replacement free of charge, provided that the chosen remedy is legally available and proportionate.
Where repair or replacement is not possible, has not been carried out within a reasonable time, causes significant inconvenience to the consumer, or where the other conditions established by law are met, the consumer may be entitled to a proportionate reduction in price or termination of the sales contract.
What Is Not Covered
The legal guarantee does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:
- normal wear and tear;
- improper use or handling;
- failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with the product;
- improper storage or transportation after delivery;
- accidental or mechanical damage;
- exposure to environmental conditions, substances or treatments unsuitable for the product;
- repairs, alterations or modifications carried out by the customer or unauthorised third parties.
These exclusions apply only where the reported issue is not attributable to a lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.

To help us assess your request, please provide, where available:
- proof of purchase;
- order number;
- a description of the issue;
- photographs or other relevant documentation.
ADJ SRL may request additional information or an inspection of the product where necessary to determine the nature and cause of the reported defect.
If the product is found to have a lack of conformity covered by the legal guarantee, the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Duration of Consumer Rights
For new goods, the Italian legal guarantee of conformity lasts for two years from delivery. Under Italian law, legal action relating to conformity defects not fraudulently concealed by the seller is subject to a limitation period of 26 months from delivery.
Consumer Rights
The legal guarantee is a statutory consumer right and does not constitute an additional commercial or manufacturer’s warranty offered by ADJ SRL.
Nothing in this Warranty section excludes, restricts or replaces any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Italian or European Union law.
This section applies to purchases made by consumers acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Purchases made for professional or commercial purposes are governed by the applicable contractual terms and relevant legislation.
